Firstly nk say congrat's to Rudy & Miza on your wedding Day. May ALLAH bless your wedding until Jannah..Aamiin.. Wedding Rudy neh kt Melaka & last week punya story. Baru sempat nak update blog. hahahaha..Busy gn kerja. X sempat nk terjah blog sendiri. Penat sangat satu hari oergi dan balik ke Melaka. Tu tak campur lagi gn stuck dlm jammed lagi. Even bukan ak yg drive, aku tetap merasa kepenatannya.

Neh semua geng2 group aku masa sl1m tm kt MMU Melaka dulu. Sekali sekala dapat jumpa, terlepas rindu gn dorang. Sebenarnye, ramai je budak-budak group aku tapi masing-masing ade hal & x dpt nk attend wedding neh. Bulan 9, tiap2 minggu de wedding. This weekend, wedding member kt kelantan. Memang hantar wakil je la yg mampu.. hahahaha..

Resepi Ayam Goreng Berempah

Bahan-bahan :

1/2 ekor ayam - potong kecil

1-2 sudu besar serbuk kari daging

Sedikit serbuk cili atau cili kisar (opsyenal)

Garam secukup rasa

Beberapa helai daun limau purut - diracik halus

Minyak untuk menggoreng

Bahan Kisar Halus:

2 sudu besar biji ketumbar

1 sudu teh jintan manis

1 sudu teh jintan putih

Bahan Kisar Kasar:

6 biji bawang merah

2 ulas bawang putih

2 inci halia

2 inci lengkuas

2 inci kunyit hidup (ganti serbuk kunyit)

2 batang serai

Cara penyediaan:

1. Basuh ayam dan potong kecil. Toskan.
2. Masukkan ayam dan semua bahan kisar halus dan kasar beserta bahan-bahan yang lain ke dalam mangkuk besar. 
3. Gaul biar rata dan rempah ratus menyaluti ayam. Perap dulu dalam 1 jam sebelum digoreng. Perap lama sikit lagi best. Boleh disimpan di dalam peti sejuk semalaman untuk lagi mesra.
4. Goreng dalam minyak penuh dengan api sederhana. Dan bila garing, dibalik balikan supaya ianya masak rata.
5. Angkat dan toskan. Angkat sekali rempah-rempah yang jatuh ke dasar kuali semasa menggoreng. Rempah ini yang sangat sedap. Kalau tak angkat terus nanti rempah-rempah tu hangit dan pahit. Bolehlah dihidangkan ketika panas-panas

Resepi Agar-Agar Lumut

Boring-boring kat rumah, tak tahu nak buat apa, aku main masak-masak. Teringin nak makan agar-agar lumut neh. Tu yang buat agar-agar lumut neh. Kebetulan barang-barang nak masak ade kt rumah. So, buat je la dr membazir kan. Maka terjadilah agar-agar lumut seperti dlm gambar atas tu. Aku memang suka sangat dengan agar-agar lumut neh. One of my favourite la! Senang je nk buat. So, try la buat yea korang!

Bahan-Bahan :

-600ml air

-200gm gula kasar

-10gm agar-agar tali

-1 cawan santan

-5 helai daun pandan

-1 biji telur

-pewarna hijau

-garam secukup rasa

Cara-Cara:

1. Cuci dan rendam agar-agar tali seketika. Masak bersama 600ml air hingga agar-agar cair dan masukkan gula. Masak hingga gula larut.
2. Kisar daun pandan bersama santan. Kemudian tapis.
3. Masukkan garam, pewarna hijau dan telur ke dalam bahan tapisan tadi dan pukul dengan whisk hingga berbuih dan tuang kedalam adunan agar-agar yang mendidih. Biar mendidih semula baru kacau adunan tersebut.
4. Tutup api dan tuang adunan kedalam loyang 8x8 yang telah dibasahkan terlebih dahulu. Biar beku. Setelah sejuk masukkan kedalam peti ais.

Tanggal 20/08/2014 bersamaan dengan hari rabu, dept aku de buat jamuan hari raya untuk semua staff.
